We offer a service reservation system for servicing of FOX Forks, Shocks and seatposts so you can choose in advance the day that your service will be performed. We strongly encourage you to use this facility to minimise downtime and maximise ride time. However, we do accept un-reserved services on a first come first served basis but we are unable to guarantee the turnaround time as priority will be given to reserved work.

Please first complete the booking form below providing us with as much information as possible, including a brief description of any issues you may be having. The more information we have, the quicker we can complete your service.

If during your service our technicians identify wear or damage to component parts which are outside the scope of the service charge, we recommend pre-authorising replacement parts up to a value of £50 in order for the service to be completed as efficiently as possible. Not exclusively, but generally this is for products that have been used beyond their recommended service intervals of annually Or 125 hours riding. If you would prefer us to contact you before proceeding with any additional parts we are happy to do so but please bear in mind this is likely to add additional turnaround time to your job.

FOX FACTORY TUNING

Engineered by FOX Factory, verified on the trails surrounding the Fox Service Centre in South Wales. As part of your fork service, you can now upgrade any Grip2 VVC fork to Factory Tune (Only available for 2021 Grip2 VVC forks onwards). Reduced feedback in hands, improved high speed compression movement for better overall ride performance. Includes orange adjuster caps (subject to availability). Usually a £50 upcharge on your service, we’re currently offering this upgrade free of charge.

Get the factory look by upgrading to exclusive, limited-edition, orange adjusters. Subject To availability, orange adjusters are not available for all Fox products. Your old adjusters will be returned to you.

Cancellation Period

Please tick this box if you expressly request us to start to supply the suspension servicing and tuning services on receipt of your equipment and before expiry of the 14 day cancellation period. By ticking this box, you acknowledge that if you exercise your right to cancel the contract for the provision of these services during the 14 day cancellation period, you will be liable to pay us a reasonable amount for the supply of the suspension and tuning services up to the time of cancellation. You also acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel the contract for these services once the suspension and tuning services have been fully performed by us. Please note – if you do not tick this box we will wait 14 days after receiving your equipment before starting your service or tune. For more information regarding your rights to cancel the contract and the 14 day cancellation period, please refer to our terms and conditions.
