We encourage non-silverfish account members to register on our website before sending your service job to us. It shouldn’t take more than a minute or two and will help the process run smoother. However, if you’re in a rush and don’t wish to register now you can still send your service work to us but you MUST include a Cover Note with your contact details including your service ID number (you will find this within your confirmation email), a valid email address, your account will then be created for you when your service item arrives with us.
We offer servicing of Fox Forks, Shocks and Seatposts. If you wish to pay for a service, please use the form below to register your request. Once registered please send your service items to us at the address below. Please provide us with as much information as possible including a brief description of any issues you may be having.
