  2. Send us an email including the name of the bike you are interested in, your full name, address, Silverfish UK account number, email address and mobile number
  3. Fill out the application provided to you via email or text by our finance partner

Does Silverfish sell Mondraker online?
Silverfish does not sell any bikes or frames online, however you can purchase a wide range of Mondraker small parts, spares and accessories on our website. For frame and bike purchases you would need to visit your Mondraker dealer. However some of our dealers do have an online shop which you are free to use.
Will I lose the warranty if I paint my bike?
Yes. We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to verify if the products or materials that were used are adequate to paint the frame, for which we can not assure the same resistance and strength of the frame.
Can I change the travel of my fork without losing the warranty on my frame?
We do not recommend any change of the geometry of our bikes. This does not mean that our bikes would not sustain a change of geometry. For every specific case we recommend to visit your Mondraker dealer and ask for advise with regard to the change you would like to apply.
How can I change the geometry of my Summum?
You can only change the geometry of the models for freeride, freeride extreme and downhill. In the ¬manuals and technology¬ section you can find the manual with the explanation how to change the geometry. Click here to go directly to this section.
What should I do if I here a noise or if I notice there is play in the frame?
If you notice any noise or play in the frame you will first have to consult the basic maintenance manual of your Mondraker. If by following the basic steps you do not solve the problem we recommend that you visit your regular Mondraker dealer to revise your bike
How do I look after and maintain the alloy screws and bearings of my Mondraker?
For a correct maintenance of the allow screws, it's necessary to use a dynamometric spanner to reach the maximum torque of 15-20 N/m. It is important to insert the spanner correctly to avoid any possible distortion of the screw
